There are so many tidbits and words of wisdom that anyone who is a member of a team can benefit from reading. You say you aren't part of a team? What about your family, your work, your friends? We are all part of a team and this book is for you.Some favorite parts:"When you walk into the office, or the meeting, or into the school, hospital, or locker room, you have a decision to make. I was fortunate to receive a pre-launch copy of The Power of a Positive Team.Jon places a number of examples of the traits that positive teams exhibit. I had the opportunity to read the book as part of the pre-launch team and I found it quite helpful.The book is filled with anecdotes and examples designed to highlight key elements of a positive team. The writing is easy to read and there are enough tidbits to use with any size team.Most of the analogies are sports related but that doesn’t take away from the message. As a new small business owner, I am looking forward to applying these principles and practices with my new team.

This is one book to read twice not only because it is a easy read but because there are so many tips within the book any leader could miss them.
