About the Author
JUSTICE KAMANGA was born in Malawi, southern Africa. After completing high school in Blantyre, he attended the School of Catering in Malawi and was thereafter appointed head chef for the US Embassy in Lilongwe. He later moved to South Africa and was employed as the head chef for the Italian Embassy, both in Pretoria and Cape Town. Since 1996 Justice has worked as a chef in private homes and is currently based in Cape Town.

This book was a gift for my husband after he stayed in Africa for a year. This is a great book for recipes in general and a lot of recipe ideas, since there are many ingredients in Wisconsin. We have liked everything that has been made from this book.

This cookbook is wonderful! It is written by a professional chef in South Africa, and includes a wide variety of African foods, as well as large photographs. The recipes I have tried so far are delicious. I highly recommend it!
